11. Non-Refundable Deposit on Purchase

If you agree to the requirements discussed in the initial meeting, a 50% deposit is required upfront before any work begins. This deposit covers the time and work completed in the event of cancellation, particularly if it occurs close to the delivery date.

We reserve the right to terminate, withdraw from, or reject any contract or project at our discretion, at any time.

12. Digital Marketing Monthly Retainers

All digital marketing packages billed on a monthly retainer are subject to a minimum 12 month contract term. This ensures sufficient time for strategies to gain traction and deliver effective results.

If you are in need of early cancellation this will lead to a payment of a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance of the 12 months.

13. Negotiable Pricing

All packages are negotiable. If you need to reduce the cost, we can adjust the package by removing certain features to make it more affordable where possible.

15. Price Creep

Package pricing may increase over time and may differ for new and existing clients. Any increase is typically around 10–15% every 1–2 years, depending on circumstances.

Price adjustments may occur due to factors such as inflation, new technologies, or changes in maintenance requirements. Any increase will be communicated by email with a clear explanation before invoicing.

We aim to provide at least 12 months’ notice of any major price increases whenever possible.

16. Comprehensive Package Contract

The Comprehensive Package is subject to a minimum 18-month contract term to ensure full payment for the website.

If you are in need of early cancellation this will lead to a payment of a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance of the 18 months. Please be aware on early cancellation you will lose you website and SEO progress, only if you complete the 18 month contract you will be transferred the website under your ownership.

17. Maintenance and Hosting

The Hosting and Maintenance Package is subject to a minimum 3-month contract term.

Any early cancellation after, may require payment of the remaining months as a cancellation fee.

If you are in need of just our hosting and maintenance services we take a 1 month upfront as a setup fee.

18. 50/50 Referral Incentive

The Referral Incentive scheme is where your friends and family can be given a incentive when referring a Friend or Family member of our services and is provided to the referral after deposit is taken.

This 50 / 50 referral scheme helps the person that is in need of the service but also the person referring. £50 amazon voucher goes to the person referring on confirmation of the start-up deposit and 50% off the first month with us on Maintenance and Hosting for the person wanting a website or our services. Please be aware that on the introduction meeting where we take requirements we will need to know details of the referral for example; email, phone number and socials to get in contact to provide their incentive.

With the referrals we only allow this on the standard prices we provide, you will not receive any referral incentives on any of the limited deals provide if only stated otherwise.

19. Free Website: No Upfront

The Free Website: No Upfront limited deal is designed to help small businesses and startups get online without the stress of a large initial costs. Instead of paying a significant fee to build your website, we cover the design and development upfront.

The Free Website: No Upfront limited deal follows the same rule as our Digital Marketing Retainer, meaning that you are set in a 12 month contract minimum with PRESENCE, GROWTH and AUTHORITY packages when signing up, this ensures that you are getting everything out of the services we provide and paid for, SEO takes more than a few weeks to build and grow, this needs time to develop and gain traction, therefore this covers you from getting your website shutdown and losing the progress what you gain with. At the end of the 12 months you now own the framer website in which you can then proceed to cancel at anytime with no fees.

If you are in need of early cancellation this will lead to a payment of a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance of the 12 months. We provide most types of websites on this package except the ones that need more tailored development or you are wanting to update your site on the same plan you are using, the reason of this deal is to help you with conversions/leads more than design and style. E-Commerce or Membership system websites will need to be reviewed and might scope creep out of this deal. This also uses framer in which it can be restricted to where you have your website hosted but provides major benefits on Framers eco-system like out-the-box SEO and Performance Benefits with a modern design.
